Spirulina
It is a microalgae – scientifically known as Arthrospira – classified among cyanobacteria. Characterized by the typical spiral shape, it is rich in essential substances for the skin such as vitamins A, D, E and essential fatty acids. Its skin toning action is due to the presence of tyrosine, selenium and vitamins B and E. Furthermore, it has sebaceous production-regulating and antioxidant properties.
